NEET 2018 PG Admission

NEET 2018 PG Application

NEET 2018 PG registration process has started. NEET PG admissions to Post Graduate Diploma Courses and MD/MS is scheduled to be conducted on January 7th 2018 nation-wide, in a single session Computer Based Test (CBT).

NEET  PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribes as the single entrance examination to various MD/MS and PG diploma courses as per section 10(D) of the indian medical council Act, 1956. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

National board of examination has been notified by the ministry of health and family welfare, Government of india to conduct NEET 2018 PG on an All-india basis.

NBE shall be conducting NEET PG as a computer based test (CBT) on 7th January 2018 in a single session at all the test centers.


Eligibility Criteria for NEET PG

Candidates in possession of MBBS degree / Provisional MBBS pass certificate from a medical college / Institute duly recognized as per the provisions of the indian medical council Act, possessing either a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS or equivalent qualification issued by the medical council of india / State medical council and have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the same on or before 31st, March 2018

Applying for NEET 2018 PG

NEET 2018Candidates can register for NEET 2018 PG through online portal from 31st October, 2017 to 27th November, 2017. Candidates can choose the exam city through online registration system on first come first serve basis.

The fee for the NEET 2018 PG examination has to be remitted through payment gateway, at the time of online submission of application form, using a credit card or debit card issued by banks in india or through internet banking.

It is better to write study notes in a notbook. Write name of subject on your notebook or folder having the study notes. Keep your study notes in a cupboard or other safe place to save them for later use as you will have to use them many times. Understand the syllabus of the examination

NEET syllabus is as vast an ocean, and you need to know the exact location to fish the best output. Cut down on extra information and focus on important topics. Since we know NEET exam covers NCERT syllabus as well, you can compare the syllabus with your Board exam syllabus. It is beneficial for you if there are common chapters as you will not need to prepare them separately. This will give you ample time to concentrate on the parts of the syllabus that are not covered.

The question paper will consist of a total of 180 multiple choice questions (MCQs) with one correct answer, from Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (3 hours). For every correct answer candidates are awarded 4 marks and for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be added or deducted for an unmarked answer.

Study to suit your learning style

If you’re a visual learner, diagrams and pictures can help you remember. Auditory learners should listen to lecture recordings or make their own recordings of notes that they can listen to later. If you are a physical person explain key ideas aloud to yourself while moving around. Strategically plan your time

Students should prepare a good time-table for NEET preparation. Do not include long hours of study period in your time-table. Include little intervals between the study hours.
